           ▪  All Private quota admissions to UG (BPT / B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Allied Sciences), PG (MPT / M.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc.
              (Biomedical Science), Fellowship, Certificate Programs is through the Entrance Test / Interview / academic records
              (as applicable) conducted by SDM University.
           ▪  The selection of Candidates for Admission to University Program for other than seat allotted through KEA will be as
              per the merit list prepared based on the Aggregate of marks obtained in Qualifying Examination, Entrance Test &
              Interview.
           ▪  Eligibility and Admission Process is subject to change, as per the guidelines received from the concerned statutory
              body / MHRD / NMC / DCI / INC or any of the courts.
           ▪  All admissions are subject to fulfilment of all eligibility conditions by the candidate. If it is found at a later stage,
              during active verification, that the candidate has given false information/certificate(s) / eligibility documents from
              non-recognized  Board  /  University  or  is  found  to  have  concealed  some  information,  his  /  her  admission  will  be
              cancelled  without  any  notice  and  the  fee  paid  by  the  candidate  shall  be  forfeited.  It  is  the  responsibility  of  the
              candidate to ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility requirements for the program applied.
           ▪  Examination fees, convocation fees & other contingency fees to be borne separately by the student.
           ▪  Any research related expenses such as consumables, chemicals and other related expenses should be borne by the
              Ph.D. Scholar.
           ▪  Digitalised Fees Payment mode through online transfer such as RTGS/NEFT/UPI through QR code scan.

           Withdrawal & Refund Rules:
           In case of withdrawal or expulsion due to any reason from the Program in the middle of the program, student
           is liable to pay the tuition fees & other fees for the full program, without which student will have no right to
           claim any certificate/relieving letter from the institution. Student will further undertake to pay the amounts so
           claimed by institution on their first demand without contestation as student is aware that consequent to
           withdrawal of course in the middle of the full tenure of the program, Institute is denied their legitimate fees
           income as they would not be in a position to admit any other student to get the vacant seat created by
           withdrawal.

           Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University follows the UGC guidelines on program fee refunds as per
           the following UGC guidelines:

           ▪  In case of (1) in the table above, the University shall deduct 5 % of the fee remitted by the student or Rs.
              5000 (whichever is lower), as processing charges from the refundable amount.
           ▪  Any  student  who  withdraws  from  the  course  as  mentioned  in  S.No.4  and  thereafter  will  be  required  to
              remit to the University, in addition to the amount already forfeited, the course fee payable for the remaining
              period of the course.
           ▪  In case of Foreign / NRI candidates, the refund will be made in accordance with RBI / foreign exchange
              regulations.
           ▪  All refunds will be processed by the University upon receiving the approval from the Registrar based on the
              recommendation of the respective Head of the Institution / University Admissions in charge. Requests for
              withdrawals should be made in the prescribed application available at the Admissions Office. Refund will be
              made  only  after  the candidate  has surrendered  the  ID  card, original  fee receipt and the dues  clearance
              certificate.
           ▪  Application and Entrance  Test fees, wherever applicable, once remitted shall not be refunded under any
              circumstances.
