• Please go through the prospectus to know about the programs and/or subject combination(s) offered by the university, rules, regulations, etc. before you fill the pre-admission online application form.
• Applicants are requested to keep the following ready before they start filling the forms.
  • Photocopy of the marksheet of the SSLC / X Std and HSC / XII Std/Degree etc., or its equivalent examinations.
  • Scanned copy of the Photograph.
  • Photocopy of any other certificate/s as required.
  • Valid e-mail id and mobile phone number for receiving mails and SMS from the Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University regarding the status of the application form.
• Candidates shall provide their Mobile number and valid E-mail ID (Mandatory) for communication at relevant columns while submitting online application. The authority is not responsible for non-receipt of SMS or E-mail due to incorrect information.
• The name of the candidate should be the same in SSLC/10th marks card and Aadhar Card. If there are any inconsistencies in the candidate's name, the candidate has to modify the name in the Aadhaar card as per the 10th/SSLC marks card and the candidate has to submit the acknowledgement of the same at the time of the admission.

• Pay the application fees.
• After successful payment of Application fees kindly confirm the payment details screenshot with UTR No/UPI ID and student name through WhatsApp number-+91 76762 50920 or Email id - admissions@sdmuniversity.edu.in.
• Submit the application form.
• Click on Important Dates for last date to apply, entrance exam, interview, and results.

Ph.D Programs

The entrance test will consist of two sections, each carrying indicated marks, with a total duration of 3 hours.

Section 1: Research Methodology (60 MCQs)

This section will comprise multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering the following areas:

Section 2: Subject-Specific Written Test (12X5=60)

This section will consist of essay-type questions based on the respective qualifying subjects of the candidates.
