Conduct of Examinations & Declaration of Results

The conduct of examinations and declaration of results, as well as evaluation of various formal academic activities under the ambit of educational requisites at the level of the University, is the duty and responsibility of the Office of the Controller of Examinations (COE), Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University, and Dharwad. The Office of the COE strives to be the strength of the character of the examination system. It is of principal significance that the examinations are conducted with paramount exactitude, justice, fairness, and unbiased objectivity to achieve public credibility and respect.

Towards this endeavor, the Office of the COE delineates the roles, responsibilities of the personnel involved, develops stringent protocols and standard operating procedures to be followed which are associated with the examination system of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University.

The office of the COE co-ordinates with the Office of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, who is the highest authority of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University, Dharwad.
